    WHAT IT COSTS

    Planning is free. Forever.

The weekly planner, the year view and the timetable are free for every teacher, always. Pro adds the seating chart, the whole Fantastic Facts library and as many saved boards as you need.

Try everything first. Your first 20 days of actual use come with the whole thing open. A day only counts when you actually use it, so a once-a-week teacher gets months. On day 15 you'll see a heads-up, and nothing you make is ever deleted.

    Free

    Forever. Really.

20 days of actual use, not calendar days. A day only counts when you open it, so trying it once a week means the trial lasts months.

For scale: a boutique paper teacher planner runs about $65, and it can't set a timer.

    Fair questions

What happens after my 20 free days?

All planning stays free forever: the weekly planner, the year view and the timetable. You also keep one board. Seating charts, the Fantastic Facts library and extra boards go read-only, never deleted, and come right back if you subscribe. You'll see a heads-up from day 15, so nothing lands on you mid-lesson.

    Do my students need accounts?

No. Students never log in. The board is your screen, projected. You're the only one with an account, and we collect nothing from your class.

Who owns my plans and data?

You do. Forever. Your plans are never sold, never shared, and never used to train AI. Everything is stored in the EU under GDPR, some of the strictest privacy rules in the world. If you leave, your data goes with you.

    Who's behind this?

I'm Alexander, a primary-school teacher in Norway. I built this for my own classroom first. More than 1,500 teachers in Norway use the Norwegian version, Timeplaner.no. Classroom Calendar is the same tool in English.

Can my school pay instead of me?

Yes. Email me at [email protected] and I'll set up an invoice for your school. Takes a day.
